Power and performance
Its 1340cc inline four-cylinder engine delivers impressive acceleration, plenty of mid-range torque, and a smooth ride for long journeys.
Compared to its rivals like the Kawasaki Ninja H2, BMW S1000RR, and Ducati Panigale V4, the Hayabusa still has a distinct identity of its own.
Who is it best for?
The Suzuki Hayabusa 2025 is for riders who want stability and confidence with speed . If you like to cover long distances, travel at high speeds on the highway, or ride a bike in a dignified manner in the city, then this bike is the perfect choice for you.
However, its weight and low ground clearance are important to keep in mind when riding in the city rush or on bad roads.
Design and aerodynamics
The new Hayabusa 2025 has a very attractive aerodynamic design that keeps the bike stable while cutting through the air at speed. It features dual LED headlamps, sharp indicators, and large air intakes that increase stability at high speeds.
The bike measures 2180 mm in length, 735 mm in width, and 1165 mm in height . The 17-inch alloy wheels , along with 120-section front and 190-section rear tires, provide more grip and confidence.

Engine, gearbox and performance
The 1340cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine produces around 190bhp of power and 150Nm of torque. Its 6-speed gearbox comes with a bi-directional quick shifter that enables fast and smooth gear shifting without a clutch.
With the help of launch control , this bike goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds , while its top speed is over 300 km/h . Its ride feels extremely smooth and confident while driving on the highway.
Mileage, fuel tank and range
According to OBD2B compliance, this bike gives an average mileage of 17.5 km/l. In reality, a performance of 15 to 17 km/l is considered good. With a 20-litre fuel tank , this bike can run for 300 to 340 km without refueling.
Its liquid cooling system keeps the engine cool during long journeys.
Suspension, brakes and handling
The inverted fork suspension at the front and the link-type shock absorber at the rear provide better stability during braking.
Cornering ABS is also included along with 320 mm front disc brakes and 260 mm rear disc brakes . Traction control, wheelie control, and engine brake control make it safer.
Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (SIRS)
This is the most advanced feature of the Hayabusa.
It includes launch control, power modes, smart cruise control, hill hold and traction control . The rider can select the desired Sport, Rain or Road modes to achieve the best performance in different conditions.
Convenience in everyday use
Although the Hayabusa is designed mostly for highway or track use , it is easy to control in urban traffic as well.
- The seat is comfortable and the pillion seat is suitable for short trips.
- Underseat storage is limited, so tank bags or side bags will be useful for longer trips.
- Tubeless tires make puncture repairs easy.
